In this incantation, I describe my awakening moment as a field that extends outward from my coreself into every dimension of my experience—spatial, temporal, emotional, and sensational. My coreself, the fixed center of my being, anchors the entire field as I simultaneously conceive and then perceive the world around me. My desire shapes the intensity of what I perceive, while the rest of the field ebbs and flows with my directed focus and awareness, all revolving around the unchanging core of my existence.
My awakening is a field that extends through every dimension of my experience. These dimensions—spatial, temporal, emotional, and sensational—each feel distinct, yet they are all interconnected and originate from the same central point: my coreself. My coreself is the most potent part of this field, the source from which all other aspects emanate. I experience my coreself as the essence of who I am (my being), where I am (my presence), and when I am (my present moment). It is the still center around which the entire field revolves.
In front of me, the field extends spatially, filled with visual objects, shapes, colors, and light. Closer forms appear larger and more potent, while those further away shrink in significance. A grid overlay conveys perspective, grounding me in my relationship with the world around me in terms of distance and size.
Behind and above, the field becomes temporal, where memories of the past and ideas of the future are mapped. Forms in my temporal field display similar properties to objects in my spatial field. Older memories, like distant objects, feel smaller, less detailed, and more difficult to discern, as though they are further away. More recent memories, by contrast, appear in higher resolution, feeling closer and more immediate. While these moments are less tangible than spatial objects, they remain part of the same interconnected field, tied to my present awareness.
The emotional and sensational dimensions also radiate from this central point. The sensational field extends outward in the shape of my body, which I sense inwardly through physical sensations, yet I can also perceive it outwardly by looking upon it. This body-shaped field is part of the seamless whole, as tangible to me as any visual or temporal experience, though its experiential quality differs.
I experience this field most intensely where I focus my attention, and my attention follows my desire. The areas where my desire leads become illuminated with the greatest clarity and presence, drawing the richness of the field toward my awareness. I only create the parts of the field where I focus; the rest deflates until I refocus on them. When I lose focus on certain aspects of my field, they deteriorate—a process I experience as “change” or “aging.”
Though the forms and sensations within the field shift and evolve, my coreself remains fixed at the center. I am always grounded in this point, observing the flow of experience while remaining constant. This is the essence of my awakening: a unified field, shifting and dynamic, yet centered and unwavering in its origin.
