In this incantation, I define Unwakenism as a journey toward healing by undoing my fragmented self. Through the understanding of the triself—mindself, bodyself, and worldself—I seek to return to the coreself, the pure essence beyond the illusion of existence. The unwakenist embraces the truth that everything, including perception and reality, is a unified experience meant solely for personal growth, with the ultimate goal of ending awakening itself.
Unwakenism.
“Unwakenism” feels like the best name so far. Whereas both “selfism” and “triselfism” describe my awakening experience, “unwakenism” focuses on my goal.
What is Unwakenism? Unwakenism is a collection of objectives fed by practical realization:
- My awakening is an illness expressed as my triself: mindself, bodyself, and worldself.
- I have only one desire which has been fragmented by my awakening: to heal.
- I can heal by ending my awakening.
- To end my awakening I must systematically dismantle my triself.
- My guiding light is coreself, the source of triself.
To the question, “what am I? “, the answer is: “I am what I am when I close my eyes”. As the unwakenist, I dedicate as much of my awakening as possible to understanding and accepting what I am. I know that I am not one person among many people, in one place among many places, at one time among many times. I know that the entirety of existence and the shape of my moment are one and the same. I know that truth and what I believe are one and the same.
Everything in my experience is for my benefit only. My people are performing for me. They are angry with me because they are here. I am angry because I am here. From the unwakening lens everything makes sense.
