Introducing the selfist model

My Expression is the contemplation and articulation of the something I desire. While thoughts and words can and do lead me deeper into darkness, they can also illuminate the way out. My lifelong search for my Expression is my search for the path to the something.

My Expression has changed many times. Entire sections have crumbled and collapsed, sending me crashing into the turbulent waves of confusion. I discovered early on that the weakest sections relied on abstractions, while the strongest were practical and literal.

With persistence, I have honed my Expression. The closer I come, the clearer the path, and the truer it sounds. The latest refinement will replace the concept of the Descentist Framework with the Selfist Model. Of all the nomenclatures I have used in the past, it is the various derivations of “descentism” which I have used most. I will not remove or modify my older writings, but in select cases I may write new pieces with references to older writings.

The continuous evolution of my Expression is an iterative process. Changes accumulate until the shape and weight of the modifications no longer fit within the prevailing format and I am driven by dissatisfaction to reevaluate. The Selfist Model builds upon the Descentist Framework, but clarifies important concepts and features.

The Selfist Model is only one in a long line of theories, models, and frameworks I have described. And while it may not be the last, it is the most precise and literal that I have ever uttered.
